This is the Bose Repairs section. Here, you can get info on what to do if you think your Bose product needs a repair.
Of course your first port of call should always be the retailer you purchased your goods from. If that's us, give us a call. Our number's just bellow. If we're you're nearest dealer, you can also give us a ring and we'll be happy to deal with your request.
Please do phone us first, as we can provide advice over the phone that may save you the journey.
Where possible, please also keep your original boxes/packaging. This means that your prized possessions can be quickly and safely sent back to Bose if necessary.
