Shipping
To keep things simple, we offer free postage on all cables and accessories to mainland UK. All other items cost between £2.50 and £12 depending on size; total shipping cost is clearly stated at checkout.Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & British Islands
For delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and British Islands including Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and all Scottish Islands, large items will cost an additional £10.Upon checkout, if your total postage cost exceeds £5, you should then select the option marked N. Ireland, Rep of Ireland & British Islands, whereupon an additional £10 will be charged to cover shipping costs.
If your total postage cost is £5 or less, you do not need to select this option as your items will be despatched by Royal Mail and charged at standard UK rates.
Europe
For delivery to Europe, all items will cost an additional £15.Upon checkout, you should select the option marked Europe, whereupon an additional £15 will be charged to cover shipping costs.
If you live in one of the following European countries; Balearics, Belarus, Gibraltar, Iceland, Lithuania, Madeira, Malta, Azores, Romania or Turkey, please contact us prior to placing your order as shipping costs to these locations is considerably higher.
Rest of the World
For delivery to all countries outside Europe, please contact us and we will be happy to provide a quotation.
Delivery Times
For orders within mainland UK, delivery time is usually 1-2 working days, but in some cases may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control.Small items are sent by recorded first class post. Larger items are sent by 24-hour courier. Upon despatch of your order, you will be emailed a tracking number where applicable.
European deliveries can take a week or longer to arrive, depending on the destination.
