The QED SS30 is a speaker switch box that allows for 3 pairs of speakers to be switched through one speaker pair outlet. Series/parallel switching ensures safe amplifier loading (when using three pairs of 8 ohm speakers, the load will be 4 ohms - check your amplifier to see if it will drive this impedance). With a power rating of up to 150 watts, large cable entry points and silver-plated switch contacts, the QED SS30 avoids the sonic compromises of cheaper switching units.QED have been manufacturing high quality audio switching accessories for almost thirty years.
